Verbosity of a vegan geekgoth editor. I spend all day cutting out unnecessary wordiness; don't expect me to be succinct here.

Mispunctuation can happen to anyone. I do wish I could find a plugin that would let people edit their own comments, though.

I'm working up the nerve to try shallots. One good thing might be less waste/leftovers with shallots than with onions. I've got half an onion left over from yesterday. Maybe I'll try to do onion rings; they're usually mild enough for me, and I've been wanting to use this recipe from the Vegan Cooking School for a while. Must get beer, though.

What about shallots? Even more mild than Vidalia's. I think most vampire's are okay with shallots (according to Who Moved My Victim? By Vlad the Imposter).

Thursday is a school night. But thanks for the offer. :)

Yeah, that's the play. Thursday, hopefully with dinner with Clarke beforehand. (So glad the Shakespeare Theatre offers some vegan options!) If you guys decide to go Thursday, I'm sure he would be delighted to see you, too. Or ditch the family and just join us yourself.

When it comes to latkes, there's a fine line for me between just oniony enough and too oniony. I cut the recipe's specs in half, and used a Vidalia onion to boot, and it was still slightly too oniony. How is it that I love garlic, but hate onions? Maybe I'm descended from a line of vampires that believed size really does matter, and that only your bigger allium types are worth fearing. Hmm.

That's awful about the Moe's card! They're very vegan-friendly and fast, and the rewards card was a pleasant bonus. Wonder whether this has anything to do with their owners also buying the Flying Biscuit Cafe recently? How discouraging.

Are you going to see the Fantastiks? In theory, I'm going with my sister and brother-in-law but they still haven't committed to a date! Why do I even invite them to things? Must poke them.

I love latkes. Yum!

A bit of bad news: Moe's has discontinued its Moe's card.

I hope you have a wonderful time off! Try not to dwell on the Moe's card.
