I think I must get some cake decorating tips first, though. I suck at icing. I’ve taken some cameraphone pics, and will post them — but not on Flickr. They’re too embarrassingly ugly to put up on Flickr, where actual foodie people might see them. (The sample minicupcake I tried tasted good, at least.)

I’m not sure whether I’d prefer an evil Snape or a live one. If the next book were not going to be the last one, I’d go for evil, no doubt, but I still kind of like the idea of a secretly deep-down good Snape, preferably being killed under tragic circs by Harry, who only finds out later what he’s really done. . . . I’d still love him if he turns out evil, though. He’s Snape! What’s not to love?

BTW, I just took a poll on whether it would be worse if JKR killed Snape or made him irredeemably evil. I said it would be worse if she killed him. I was in the minority. WTF?
